Trac & View is a flexible, powerful, and easy to use property management and evidence tracking system that has been designed to meet the needs of public safety agencies and other organizations. The Trac & View application is available as an optional plug-in module that integrates seamlessly with our records management system. Although the Informant application includes some property management capabilities, the advanced features of Trac & View significantly extends such capabilities and will allow you to expedite and improve the way you track chain of custody, location, assignment, and history for all kinds of property items including crime scene evidence, inventory, and lost and found items.

Trac & View has been designed with an easy “tree view” layout to help you navigate your inventory with ease, and allows you to save and compare inventory levels at various time periods.
- Fast and Accurate Identification
When using a bar code scanner, you can immediately identify and transfer evidence and other types of property, and make bulk transfers quick and easy using the scanner. Attach images to each record by simply dragging and dropping the photos directly from a camera to the inventory record.
- Comprehensive Reporting Capabilities
Generate a custody signature receipt that identifies each item that has been relocated, as well as other reporting capabilities, including options to generate an attachment for use with certain standardized state forms.
